In Telangana, schools will remain closed for a total of 13 days in September this year.These long holidays have been given mainly keeping in mind the big festivals like Dussehra, Navratra and Durga Puja.

Dussehra is one of the major festivals of India.The Telangana government has declared a 10 -day holiday to give students a special opportunity to celebrate this festival with family and society.During this time, children will be able to stay at home and participate in worship, cultural programs and traditional activities.Parents will also be able to spend quality time with their children at this time.

Holidays in junior colleges too

In Telangana, not only school, but also in junior colleges, holidays have been announced.Colleges will be held from 28 September to 5 October.The colleges will open on 6 October, but before that, on October 4, Saturday and October 5 Sunday, students will get additional two days.This means that college students will also be able to enjoy the festive season.
